Meet Clémence Aunis

Culinary Apprentice
Career path
After graduating from high school with an economic major, Clémence has been led by her passion about cooking. She is now a student at Ferrandi Paris school where she is currently preparing a BTS in Hotel Management and Catering with a kitchen option. She began her academic career by completing refresher courses in order to acquire all the basic skills to work in the hotel and catering industry. In 2020, she joined the team at La Maison de L’Excellence Savencia® as an apprentice alongside Sebastien Faré, the Executive Culinary Chef. She assists the Chef daily on different projects supported by La Maison de L’Excellence Savencia® while alternating with her current training course.
