Since September 2019, you can find our new Cream Cheese in store. Previously only intended for professional chefs, you can now find it for your daily use.

How can I use Cream Cheese ?

Produced in France and made with cow milk, you can use it in all your gourmet preparations ! Hot or cold, it fits for all your culinary needs ! The first use of Cream Cheese is obviously for the preparation of the famous Cheesecake. Strawberry cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, etc. : you can use our Cream Cheese in every cheesecake recipe !


But that’s not all. Its firm texture allows excellent absorption of liquids such as cream or olive oil : you can use it to make sauces, quiches, mousses or even ice cream.


And finally, its simplest use remains on a toast, on bread or even on a French baguette ! We hope you will enjoy it !
