The recipe,
step by step

  1. 1


    1) Mix the glutinous rice flour, wheat starch and sugar with water.

    2) Steam the blend for 10 minutes.

    3) Pick a 25g piece and roll it into a round shape.

    4) Fill it with whipped cream.

    5) Use the sugarpaste to make the details of the decoration.

    6) Serve and have a delicious Chinese New Year moment !
