1 pineapple
100 g sugar
1 lemon
1/2 liter jus d'ananas
10 cl white rum
3 vanilla pod

    Preparation

    Bring the sugar and 10 cl of water to a boil. Let this syrup boil for about 2 min. Add the pineapple juice and the white rum. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. Add the butter cut into pieces. Boil until a syrupy consistency is obtained. Add the lemon juice and the vanilla pods. Reserve out of the fire. Cook the pineapple slices on the grill 5 min on each side. Serve immediately with the vanilla sauce.
    Chef's Tip

    Huilez très légèrement les tranches d'ananas avant de les faire cuire pour qu'elles ne collent pas au grill.
