Stage des Relais Desserts at La Maison de la Crème!
On the May 31st and June 1st, 7 members of the Relais Desserts association came to La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire with Nicolas Boussin and Maxime Guérin in order to do a training.
On the program of these two days, a technological training on butter and cream, pastry and pastry applications on the basis of Lescure and Corman recipes as well as the discovery of the new recipes of La Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire.
At the end of the day, head for the gardens of the Château de Versailles and the Etangs de Corot for an evening with good humor. The participants left home delighted, with many ideas in mind to set up in their respective affairs.
