Laurent Lemal : Bocuse d'Or France 2015

Congratulations to Laurent Lemal for winning the Bocuse d’Or France 2015 !

Laurent Lemal is the chef of the restaurant “La Coopérative” in Balesta, located in the French Pyrenees.

For 2 days, the candidates and their apprentices were in fierce competition. Laurent Lemal impressed the jury with its technique and its know-how. The jury was this year co-presided by Michel Roth and Nicolas Davouze.

Elle & Vire Professionnel will support Laurent and the Bocuse d’Or French Team  for the next events! He will be at the Bocuse d’Or Europe on the 10 and 11 of May in Budapest (Hungary) for the SIRHA Budapest and if he is selected, he will represent France at the big final on 24 and 25 January 2017 at the SIRHA Lyon.
