English pastry chefs at La Maison de la Crème

Last week, the chefs of La Maison de la Crème Clément Nadeau and Nicolas Boussin, Best Craftsman for Pastry in France, provided two days of pastry trainings to 7 international pastry chefs and three representatives of our Harvey and Brockless retailer partner.

During those trainings, the chefs realized many sweet recipes like the Brioche Crown or the Individual Cakes with Orange and Spices Flavors. It was the opportunity to highlight our Lescure Butter and Cream, perfect products to realize viennoiseries.
