Pastry Chef at La Maison de L'Excellence for Corman Italia
- Career path
- After a multi-faceted education that included a high school diploma with a major in science followed by a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages and literature, Arianna went on to obtain her diploma in patisserie at ALMA, Gualtiero Marchesi’s international Italian culinary school in Colorno.
She has worked in the field since 2012, extremely satisfied to have made her career out of her passion.
After working as a pastry chef at « Golosi di Salute », Luca Montersino’s renowned alongside Master Pastry Chef ( APEI ) Francesco Elmi for 10 years.
In 2020, she won second place in Italian Gourmet’s competition, « Best Woman Pastry Chef ».
Passion, curiosity and the desire to continue studying, experiencing and furthering her professional experience led Arianna to make a career change. Since January 2023, she has been part of the Corman Italia Team in her role as Technicial Pastry Chef.
