The Elle & Vire Professionnel® teams will be pleased to welcome you on our stand in the style and spirit of a Norman house at the heart of the Village des Chefs in Hall 6.
The Chefs of the La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia® as well as our Elle & Vire Professionnel® Ambassadors who will do us the honor of joining us:
- Yannick Tranchant: Friday 24 of September
- François Daubinet: Saturday 25 of September
- Yannick Tranchant & Etienne Leroy: Sunday 26 of September.
On the menu, tastings and original recipes to highlight our ranges of cream, butter and cream-cheese. Our creations will be produced in accordance with a wine and cocktail menu, designed by Victor Delpierre.
The highlight of this show will be the grand international final of the Bocuse d'Or, sponsored by Elle & Vire Professionnel® which will take place on September 26 and 27.
The SIRHA will also host the World Pastry Cup on the 24 and 25 of September.
