Heat gently the Chocolate Cream until it begins to boil. Pour into plates and leave to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then, place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Mix the ingredients together, crumble and bake at 150°C (300°F) for 10 minutes.
Before serving, add the shortbread.
Flavour your shortbreads with coffee, pistachio or lemon zest to change the taste.
