1 L Crème Brûlée Bourbon Vanilla
200 g 50% hazelnut praline

step by step

    Praline Cream

    Heat gently the Vanilla Crème Brûlée until it begins to boil. Add the praline and mix.
    Poach a thin layer of crunchy hazelnuts praline in your container and pour the praline crème brûlée.
    Leave to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
    Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

    Presentation

    Decorate with hazelnut flakes.
