Exotic jelly
250 g neutral glaze
80 g passion fruit pulp
30 g mango pulp
2 passion fruit
lime zest
Lemon tiramisù
1 L Tiramisù
1 lemon peel
1 lime zest

The recipe,
step by step

  1. 1

    Exotic jelly

    Heat gently the neutral glaze.
    Add the fruits pulp, passion seeds and lime zests.
    Pour a bit at the bottom of the verrines.

    Lemon tiramisù

    Whip the Tiramisù with the lime zests.
    Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  3. 3

    Presentation

    Before serving, deposit a biscuit and poach the tiramisù above. To finish, decorate with a biscuit, a tiramisù rose shape and lime zest.
