1 lemon peel
1 teaspoon cinnamon
30 g water
10 g maizena

    Preparation

    Boil the preparation for Crème Brûlée with cinnamon and lemon zest. Add the maïzena diluted in water. Mix. Pour into ramekins. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Presentation

    Before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize.

    Advice of the Chef

    Easily change the flavor by replacing the lemon zest by orange zest or grapefruit.
