Throughout the entire exhibition, join the Elle & Vire Professionnel Team and the Chefs from La Maison de la Crème in the Hall 6 at the stand 6G104 and enjoy the animations planned for the event:

- a stand with the colours of the French Touch 

- tasting sessions animated by the Chefs from the Elle & Vire La Maison de la Crème: snacking, pastries,...

- cooking demonstrations performed by Chefs from La Maison de la Crème on the Intersuc LAB and on the Boulanger LAB 

- international-scale contests: the Mondial des Arts Sucrés and the Masters de la Boulangerie. 

The program in detail

On February the 4th from 16:20PM to 17:00PM, Nicolas Boussin, Executive Pastry Chef, will present you his new French Touch collection "Sign your classics with boldness!".

 

On February the 5th from 14:30PM to 15:10PM, Maxime Guérin, Culinary Advisor, will make you discover innovative recipes of salty viennoiseries. 

 

On February the 6th from 11:35AM to 12:15AM, Sébastien Faré, Executive Cooking Chef, will propose you his new snacking collection "Play with the seasons for your lunch menu!".
