On the 12th to 16th June 2017, Emmanuel Ryon was in South Korea for exceptional demonstrations on ice cream!

 

Using the Elle & Vire Professionnel products such as Excellence Whipping Cream, Mascarpone, Original American Cream Cheese and Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone, the Chef, Best Craftsman in France glacier and Pastry World Champion in 1999, carried out a demonstration and a theoretical training on how to make ice cream creations.

Many recipes have been produced, such as the "Eternal Rose" : coconut ice cream with pistachios, mango sorbet, pineapple compote, coconut dacquoise and caramelized pistachios.

The many professional participants appreciated the mastery and explanations of Emmanuel Ryon.

 

A big thank you to our partner Sun-In, the Cordon Bleu school in Seoul and all the participants, this unique demonstration was a real success!
