Workshops at Fauchon and Sofitel

This month in Riyadh, at Fauchon, and in Al Khobar, at Sofitel “The Corniche”, Clément Nadeau pastry Chef of La Maison de la Crème, carried out demonstrations, with Chef Ronny Keyrouz.


Numerous Chefs were attending these workshops, including Chefs of Ladurée, Intercontinental, and Crowne Plaza.

In Al Khobar, three social media influencers covered the workshop live on Snapchat and Instagram. Thus, our Chef Clement Nadeau was able to answer live several questions.

During both workshops, the Chefs had the opportunity to prepare and taste various recipes, including tarts, Saint-Honoré and entremets made with Elle & Vire Professionnel Mascarpone and created by La Maison de la Crème.
