Chef Ludovic Chesnay was in Taiwan!
This month in Kaohsiung and Taipei, Taiwan, Ludovic Chesnay, pastry Chef of La Maison de la Crème, carried out pastry demonstrations with Chef Alex Lim.
With 130 participants in Kaohsiung, they realized Elle & Vire Professionnel recipes, and one imagined by Alex Lim, « Bubble with exotic fruits », glazed in red, green and white. Elle & Vire Professionnel products were used, especially the new Elle & Vire Professionnel Mascarpone, the Original American Cream Cheese, the Excellence Whipping Cream and the Performance Cream.
