Elle & Vire Professional is proud to be a once again a partner of the Bocuse d'Or, a prestigious world gastronomy competition created by Chef Paul Bocuse in 1987 in Lyon.
We support all 24 teams, so that the chefs can freely express their talent thanks to our products combining technicality and creativity.
Save the dates :
24 and 25 January 2017: Bocuse d'Or, Final 2017
The final will last 5 hours and 35 minutes.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the competition, candidates will have to create a "Bress Chicken with Crustaceans“.
And for plate thematic, candidates will have to create a 100% vegetal dishe, only with fruits, vegetables, seeds, leguminous plant and cereal.
