2015 Bocuse d'Or : Discover all the selected countries along with the presidents of the international jury

The Bocuse d'Or 2015 is coming soon. On January 27th  & 28th, at the SIRHA, 24 teams from all over the world will compete to produce the boldest, most creative dishes front of an international jury composed by 24 chefs representing the 24 countries competing. Thibaut Ruggeri, chef of of the Abbey of Fontevraud & winner of the last edition has been appointed Chairman of the jury. Grant Achatz, the American chef who manage the threestar restaurant Alinea and the restaurant Next in Chicago, is the Honorary President of the jury.
