CHINESE CHEFS TRAINING WITH NICOLAS BOUSSIN

Sinodis and Elle & Vire Professionnel were pleased to welcome in March, at La Maison de La Crème Elle & Vire, 9 Chinese pastry chefs and bakers for a training, realized by Nicolas Boussin and Maxime Guérin.

During 3 days, Nicolas and Maxime have demonstrated their know-how and have trained the Chinese clients on the use of Elle & Vire Professionnel products. This workshop was a focus on mastering puff pastry and entremets.

Following the hands-on training, the Chinese chefs have visited Parisian patisseries.

This training was a perfect example on how the encounters between pastry chefs allows interesting exchanges.
