Introduction

La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia® is a centre dedicated to excellence in sharing knowledge and teaching and is open to both French and International professionals. It is headed up by 2 executive chefs: Sébastien Faré who was awarded one star by the Michelin Guide, in cuisine and Nicolas Boussin, Best Pastry Craftsmen in France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France - MOF), in pastry. They put their expertise and knowledge at your disposal to provide training sessions suited to your needs.

Located in Viroflay, on the outskirts of Paris, La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia® contains spacious labs where individual or group training sessions, product demonstrations, and meetings with customers, Chefs and artisans are organized. A comprehensive range of made to measure services has been envisaged to meet the needs of professionals and provide inspiration.

A creative hub, La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia® constantly innovates and also provides recipe collections, created by Cuisine and Pastry Chefs, throughout the year. These original creations provide gourmet inspiration along with the changing seasons.

La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia® also shares its expertise with professionals with about ten chefs in France and on the international stage. They give training sessions and demonstrations around the world, whilst also providing invaluable support to the distribution network. This made to measure support, working in tandem with Chefs, sums up the brand's values to perfection: excellence, innovation and working hand in hand with industry professionals.

Entitled as a place dedicated to creativity, La Maison de L’Excellence Savencia® promotes innovation and bring inspiration along the year with recipes collection created by our Chefs. Our original recipes are brought to life by Nicolas Boussin, best pastry craftsman 2000, and his team of bakery-pastry experts, as well as Sébastien Faré, our culinary chef.

Located in the Parisian suburb of Viroflay, our laboratories are a place of sharing and passing on expertise to French and international catering and bakery-pastry professionals. Our Chefs provides several services from individual and collective trainings, to products demonstrations or personal meetings to give support to our customers, artisans and Chefs.

La Maison de L’Excellence Savencia® is composed of a dozen of pastry and culinary chefs coming from all around the world, and is managed by two executives Chefs. They are at the heart of the reflection on various future innovations, using their knowledge and expertise to increase the development of Elle & Vire Professionnel®.
