My childhood memories inspire me every day in my creations at La Maison de la Crème. Bringing a theatrical touch to the great classics of French cuisine, such as blanquette de veau and fried egg, is my everyday goal.

More plant-based ingredients in “fusion” recipes, or modern bistro cuisine.

Getting out of the kitchen to unleash your creativity: being open to the world and working with seasonal and local products.
