Chef Ludovic Chesnay’s exclusive demonstration in Doha
On October 31st, Ludovic Chesnay, Chef at La Maison de La Crème Elle & Vire, was in Doha for an exclusive demonstration.
After two days of preparation, the chef presented seven recipes using Elle & Vire Professionnel Mascarpone Cheese, Elle & Vire Professionnel Excellence Whipping Cream and Elle & Vire Professionnel Excellence Cooking Cream to an audience of 90 chefs and executive chefs at the Shangri-La Hotel. Among the recipes, Chef Ludovic Chesnay presented the “Apricot-Chocolate finger”, the “Normandy tart”, “Asian Style Chicken”… and presented “So To”, a recipe created by Chef Talita Setyadi.
All of the professionals who attended the demonstration were delighted by the tips given by Chef Ludovic Chesnay and particularly appreciated his explanations on the best ways to use Elle & Vire Professionnel products.
