125 g Unsalted Gourmet Butter
1 vanilla pods
150 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
225 g flour
1/2 sachet de levure chimique
125 ml Whole milk

The recipe,
step by step

    Preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    • Mix together the butter, sugar and vanilla seeds and beat until it becomes a light mixture.
    • Add the eggs one at a time.
    • Then, add the flour, baking powder and milk.
    • Mix together until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
    • Pour the mixture into greased, heart-shaped moulds.
    • Bake for approx. 30 minutes

    Presentation

    • Place the heart-shaped cakes on a plate.
    • For the decoration: cut hearts out of sugar paste and place these on top of the cake.
    • Decorate the hearts as desired with the sugar paste.
