Preparation of salmon-mango sandwiches
4 pains rounds noirs
4 tranches salmon
1 mango
lamelles d'oignon rouge
4 tbsp Light Cream
1 tbsp aneth ciselé
1 pinch pepper
paprika (optionnel)
Preparation of veggie sandwiches
8 tranches pain de campagne
4 tbsp Thick Cream
1 petite aubergine
8 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cucumber
1 tbsp pignons grillés
1 tbsp mint, finely chopped
salt and pepper
épices (type zaatar, curry,4 épices)
1 tbsp olive oil
40 g Unsalted Gourmet Butter

step by step

    Preparation of salmon-mango sandwiches

    Combine the cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Cool.

    Peel the mango. Cut into thin strips.

    Cut the bread in half.

    Spread the dill cream on the base of each loaf.

    Arrange the mango and salmon nicely. Place a few strips of red onion on each preparation.

    Cover the sandwiches with the other half of the bread.

    Chef's tip

    YOU CAN COMBINE TWO CREAMS, A WHOLE CREAM AND A LIGHT CREAM FOR EXAMPLE. GIVE PREFERENCE TO NORDIC BLACK BREAD. YOU CAN REPLACE THE ONION WITH A LITTLE SPICY SALAD

    Preparation of veggie sandwiches

    Spread butter on each slice of bread. Brown these slices in a skillet. Set aside.

    Cut the eggplant into thin slices. Brown in the skillet with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper

    Slice the cucumber. Cut the tomatoes in half.

    Arrange the eggplant slices on 4 slices of bread. Spread the cream. Arrange the cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes.

    Sprinkle with grilled pine nuts and chopped mint. Place the other slice of bread on each composition.

    Chef's tip

    You can sprinkle a little spice before closing the sandwich.
