It's been almost a year since La Maison de l'Excellence launched its 100% digital events. The last Chef Talk was shot on May 4th, 2021. Three Best Pastry Crafman in France were invited by Hélène Luzin, author and agent of Chefs, to discuss the new trends in pastry and her book at the BRACH hotel in the 16th arrondissement in Paris.

Nicolas Boussin, Best Pastry Crafman in France 2000 and Executive Pastry Chef of the Maison de l'Excellence Savencia® was there with his two confreres Yann Brys, Best Pastry Crafman in France 2011 and ambassador of the Elle & Vire Professionnel® brand and Angelo Musa, World Pastry Champion 2003 and Best Pastry Crafman in France 2007.

Recognized for their creativity and experience, they shared their anecdotes and their expertise in pastry during this interview. It was also an opportunity to share their vision on the evolution of the Chef's profession in 2021.
